It starts with a natural sweetness, like fresh cream and young greens, followed by a deep umami richness that lingers pleasantly. You’ll notice gentle, nutty notes with just a hint of mild astringency, giving it a clean and satisfying finish. Grown in the misty fields of Yame, this single-origin matcha is vibrant, silky, and perfect for traditional tea ceremonies as usucha or koicha, or enjoyed as a latte.
